The immoral, unethical and horrible Fran Pechenick, The slumlord of Brookline is now using . franala123@gmail.com as her newest alias to con poor students out of there money. We just received an email from a medical student saying that Fran Pechenick used two fake aliases on back to back emails to him . He said she uses Craigs List evidentally to find her victims. I think Fran Pechenick is loosing track of her lies. She used . franala123@gmail.com and Fran Claire to try to lure him in. He realized something was weird and found our blog. He is now our 54th witness that will be used against her in the law suit which will soon be filed.

FRAN THE SCAM PECHENICK GETS MORE BAD REVIEWS

We were just contacted by two young men who spent one month each at Fran Pechenick's house. One of them said that he lived on her third floor with two other roommates. He said his room was like a cage that they keep chickens in. The small unventilated rooms he states are smelly and bad living conditions all around. He mentioned the mold and rust on the kitchen walls were horrible. The second bad review came from another man who no longer lives in the United States says that Pechenick's house is overall dirty and that on top of paying Fran Pechenick an exorbitant amount of money to live there she made this man shovel snow and clean her house. Over all both men said that the living in her home was a night mare. Both men were directed to stay with Fran The Scam Pechenick by International House Boston www.ihboston.com.  The men said they reached out to International House Boston and were ignored. Perhaps they are involved with this scam with Fran Pechenick.

PRIVATE DETECTIVE NEEDS THREE MORE DEFENDANTS AGAINST FRAN PECHENICK TO COME FORWARD

We received an email from a private detective named Paul Williamson who said he has been hired over twelve months ago to investigate Fran Pechenick. He said he was hired by former tenants. Since he started his investigation he has contacted other former tenants of Fran Pechenick using information given to him other former tenants. He has accumulated over thirty documented statements from tenants with stories that would horrify you. The stories of pure abuse and harassment that Fran Pechenick gave to her tenants is inexcusable. Fran Pechenick is a cancer amongst humanity.

The private investigator needs only three more complaints and he can have the attorney general along with the district attorney ( both agencies are aware of this ) file formal charges against Fran Pechenick the slumlord of Brookline.

Please come forward and help us bring Fran Pechenick to Justice. The evidence against her is indisputable and over whelming. Lets put Fran Pechenick in Jail where she belongs.

FRAN PECHENICK SLUMLORD GETS A REVIEW FROM A FORMER TENANT

Hi,
Thanks for the blog. This morning while I was laying on my bed in Frans 3rd floor and thinking of making a blog about her I thought may be someone has done it before. And here we go.
I am not a student I am a professional who found her through at home in Boston.

Well of course no towels provided as was said in the website. No laundry (unless you wait 10-15 days and she collects all the laundry from other people, wash them all together and hang them in her garden). Kitchen privileges..  Kitchen is so dirty to use, I bought my own plates and cutlery, just using the stove and refrigerator. (Oh I used microwave twice). The poor Turkish girl next to me who was fasting because of the month Ramadan couldn't eat her food, she had to go out every night to eat (although she paid the school including dinners. She was lucky to have the money to do that).
The first day I came to this place I decided I was not staying here, however it is too difficult to find another place in short notice, I decided to stay, I have a week to go, so please don't disclose my name and the incident before I leave so that she doesn't recognize me.
What my experience is:  My door won't close at all so its useless asking for a key for a door which doesn't close. But this is your house and you have to trust. 
And after the heavy rain the day before, yesterday I was looking for my shoe (The only one I could wear in rain), and its gone. I told this to her, you can guess her reaction. She did not care and got angry at me. I think I don't have to mention whom I suspect for this incident, you guessed it the landlord Fran Pechenick.
Fran Pechenick should not be hosting people. Foreigners like myself really get taken advantage of by Fran. I made police report, so did many others. Fran will get hers. KARMA FRAN PECHENICK. SHAME ON YOU FRAN PECHENICK.

FRAN PECHENICK SCAMS YET AGAIN

Fran Pechenick the Infamous Slumlord scams again. We recently heard from two more victims of Fran Pechenick. One of the young people reported to our blog that Fran Pechenick raised there rent because so many people were leaving her home and she needed to make up the money. This person also reported that Fran Pechenick held him against his will and tried to force him to sign a document stating she treated them well. This is so horrible.

Fran Pechenick needs to treat people well,  rather than the slave driving ways she treats these young paying foreign students who are too scared to confront her. A young Spanish student stated they had to barricade there door ( as Fran Pechenicks doors do not shut properly and do not have locks), as she was  scared of Fran Pechenick charging in to there room and harassing them.
