Fran The Scam strikes again

Fran Pechenick has a new complaint against her. One of her past tenants is stating that she makes her paying tenants do chores around her home including shoveling and gardening. She charges monthly rates to her tenants that are ridiculous and way over what they should be and then she makes her tenants do yard work on top of it. We at Fran the Scam were told that if someone says they do not want to do yard work they get verbally abused.

Please stop treating people like animals Fran Pechenick.

Fran Pechenick takes advantage of Americans as well

As it turns out Fran Pechenick has taken advantage of Americans as well. I am receiving e-mails from Americans who used to live with the monster Fran Pechenick.

So I guess she takes advantage of Everyone.

WE ARE OVERWHELMED WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT FRAN PECHENICK

As of today the blog has been up almost a week. The blog has had over 60 hits and I have received about two dozen emails with complaints that are so severe horrible I am speechless. I want to meet this Fran Pechenick myself and confront the monster who is doing this to all these poor foreign students and others.

Please keep sending in your complaints. We will be updating the blog soon and will have all the complaints posted. You will not believe what you are about to see. It's like a horror film.

Fran Pechenick you should be ashamed of yourself. Absolutely ashamed. Your behavior is disgusting.

Fran Pechenick Has Been Investigated By The City Of Brookline

I have received an email from a woman who said Fran Pechenick has been investigated by the City Of Brookline in regards to a complaint filed against her. She emailed me the documentation and it is a reality. Shame Shame Fran Pechenick. Please stop taking advantage of people.

I  have a family member who is an attorney helping me with this. I just feel so bad for everyone Fran Pechenick has taken advantage of. So does the attorney. He is working pro bono on this. I have received email complaints from fourteen(14) people as of this morning and the blog has not even been up a week.

I've actually heard from someone who lived with her four years ago who emailed me with complaints. That e-mail as well as others will be posted shortly. I have been asked by the attorney not to post some of the e-mails as they will be important evidence in the legal action being taken against Fran Pechenick.

Why would ELS continue to work with Fran Pechenick if she is doing this. I spoke to a boy from the Middle East who said he is too scared to say something as Fran Pechenick has a horrible temper and he has heard her scream and be emotionally abusive to  people over the smallest of things.

WE RECIEVED A COMPLAINT ABOUT FRAN PECHENICK FROM THE MIDDLE EAST

We at Fran Pechinick the slumlord of Brookline received an e-mail from an angry parent from the middle east. Evidentally Fran The Scam Pechenick treated this man's son like an animal. When the Boy tried discussing his problems with Fran Pechenick she told him she couldn't speak to him and slammed a door in his face. Evidentally he returned the next day to speak to Fran Pechenick again and she stayed out for the day to avoid him. This is a blatant admission of guilt of Fran the Scam Pechenicks part. This boy was also a student at ELS and once again ELS turned there back on him. This is like a conspiracy against these foreign kids. It's horrible. We are supplying this boys father with the nine (9) names we have of other victims of Fran Pechenick as he is filing a class action lawsuit against her.

Fran The Scam Pechenick strikes again

We at Fran Pechenick is a Slumlord just received an e-mail from a man who said that Fran Pechenick lied to him to induce him to move into her apartment. This person ( who wants to remain anonomous ) said he paid Fran Pechenick over a thousand dollars to rent a room on the third floor of her apartment ( prison). The purpose of renting it was so that his girlfriend would have a quiet private place to live. Fran Pechenick stated that NO one else live in the house and he would have the privacy he wanted. Turns out good ol FranTheScam Pechenick had Seven(7) other people living in the house and it was not a private area. When he told Fran Pechenick that is not what he was told and wanted his money back she said no. So basically she fraudulently induced this poor man to give her money. How do you sleep with yourself Fran Pechenick. I have the e-mail from this man with his contact information as well as other e-mails  from other victims of Fran Pechenick that have come in and will be posted soon. I cannot believe the blog has been up only one day and we are receiving e-mails already.

Please know that we will conceal your identity on the blog if you choose so please send us your complaints so that Fran Pechenick the monster and scam artist will be brought to justice.

FRAN PECHENICK IS A SLUMLORD

I am an American Student at Mount Ida College. I met a student on campus from overseas who is taking classes at ELS, which is a language institute. They teach foreign students to speak english. Part of the fee ELS charges these students goes to what they call a homestay. This is where ELS sets the foreign student up with a residence to stay in. Evidentally Fran Pechinick takes the students in and treats them like animals. From what I have seen she puts them in small cage like unventilated rooms and feeds them slop. She yells at them and treats them horribly. The student who spoke to me about this wants to remain private. He introduced me to four other students that have had the same experience and from what I understand there are more students who will be coming forward. I have heard recordings of her yelling at him and others which he recorded on his Iphone. I and three other students are creating this blog for the poor foreigners who have been taken advantage of by Fran Pechenick. We are actually going to make this blog our student project for the year next year in hopes that ELS and Fran Pechenick changes the way they deal with Foreign students. ELS has turned there back on the students and not helping them deal with Fran Pechenick. That is not right either.

Over the next month I will be posting emails from students with there specific experiences with Ms. Pechenick as well as posting pictures, videos and audio recordings so you can see with your own eyes and hear with your own ears how Fran Pechenick treats these poor students.
