CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BEING FILED AGAINST FRAN PECHENICK

Fran Pechenick, the Slumord of Brookline, is having a class action lawsuit filed against her by 23 People. She is being sued for many things, one charge will be charging foreign and domestic individuals exorbonant amounts of rent to live in slum like conditions. The Videos obtained from multiple individuals are horrible. These poor students who come to America and are subject to these slum living conditions. It really is horrifying.
