Fran Bechletter is yet another alias Fran Pechenick uses in an attempt from keeping future renters from being able to look her up on Google and other search engines . It is a real scam and proves that Fran Pechenick has no morals whatsoever. Fran Pechenick AKA Fran Bechletter continues to attempt to induce poor foreign and domestic students to live with her by posting false information about herself and then using fake names like Fran Bechletter to get people to rent from her.  I thinks that's a crime.

I have never met this women. however I am receiving e-mails and communications from so many former tenants and there families and in some cases attorneys  with horrible complaints that are just so terrible to hear.

FRAN ADAMSKY AND FRAN PECHENICK IS THE SAME PERSON. AFTER THIS BLOG WAS WRITTEN FRAN THE SCAM PECHENICK STARTED USING HER MAIDEN NAME TO LURE YOUNG FOREIGN STUDENTS BACK TO HER SLUM. THIS INFORMATION WAS RECENTLY  RECEIVED FROM A TENANT WHO LEFT HER HOUSE AFTER DISCOVERING THIS INFORMATION. THE TENANT E-MAILED US IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY LEFT HER PREMISE. FRAN PECHENICK AKA FRAM ADAMSKY HAS PROVEN HERSELF AS A CALCULATING CRIMINAL BY DOING THIS. AGAIN FRAN PECHENICK AND FRAN ADAMSKY IS THE SAME PERSON. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH TIS CRIMINAL.
