We received an email from a private detective named Paul Williamson who said he has been hired over twelve months ago to investigate Fran Pechenick. He said he was hired by former tenants. Since he started his investigation he has contacted other former tenants of Fran Pechenick using information given to him other former tenants. He has accumulated over thirty documented statements from tenants with stories that would horrify you. The stories of pure abuse and harassment that Fran Pechenick gave to her tenants is inexcusable. Fran Pechenick is a cancer amongst humanity.
The private investigator needs only three more complaints and he can have the attorney general along with the district attorney ( both agencies are aware of this ) file formal charges against Fran Pechenick the slumlord of Brookline.
