GO TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS DEPARTMENT OF THE BROOKLINE, MA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO GET A COPY OF THE HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS AND FINES FOR FRAN PECHENICK OF ADDINGTON ROAD, BROOKLINE

Fran Pechenick the infamous and only SLUMLORD OF BROOKLINE has been under investigation for health code violations for her illegal boarding house on Addington Road in Brookline. We highly advise anyone thinking about living with this person to go look at the extensive and horrible violations and fines she has been served with. They are public record and can be obtained by ANYONE.

    Where can i find these records? I don't know where to look for them really. It's all quite the accusation, but I want some proof before i actually go for the next step.
